Run a Varsity/JV Meet

The idea here is to be able to group Team Scoring so that the Varsity and JV Team Scores are totaled separately.

In the Meet Setup. Specify Division By Event.  Then when you set up each event, click on the Division arrow button (click here to see How to Setup Divisions) and declare the event as Varsity or JV - that's it.  Then when you go to print Team Scores, MM will total points for the Varsity events together and then the JV events so that Team Scores will have two totals and two rankings.
