From the Main Menu Bar, click on Set-up then Options then Global Changes to display as list of "global" utility functions that will automatically make Database type changes.
Increment School Year
Choose this function and MM will look at every Athlete in your Database and add "1" to the School Year field. This is a great feature when you are running the same meet as you did last year and do not want to go through and manually change the school year for each Athlete. For example, this feature will change the school year for an Athlete from "9" to "10".
Replace School Year
Choose this function and MM will look at every Athlete in your Database and you can change JR to SR or 11 to 12.
Change Number of Lanes for All In-Lane Race Prelim Rounds
Choose this function and MM will change the number of lanes for all of your Prelim events. This is a great feature quickly change the number of lanes you have set up for all of your in-lane Prelim events. After you enter the number of lanes, you will have to option to pick all sessions or one session.
Change Number of Lanes for All In-Lane Race Final Rounds
Choose this function and MM will change the number of lanes for all of your Final events that are run in-lanes. After you enter the number of lanes, you will have to option to pick all sessions or one session. This is a great feature quickly change the number of lanes you have set up for all of your Final events of say 800 and down.
Change All Individual Event Entry Fees
Choose this function and MM will change all of the Individual Event Entry Fees to the amount that you enter.
Change All Relay Event Entry Fees
Choose this function and MM will change all of the Relay Event Entry Fees to the amount that you enter.
Change All Combined-Event Entry Fees
Choose this function and MM will change all of the Combined-Event Entry Fees to the amount that you enter.
Set Every Standard Event to Score
If you choose this function, MM will set every Standard event to be scored instead of Not scored.
Set Every Standard Event to be Not Scored
If you choose this function, MM will set every Standard event to be Not scored instead of scored.
Change Athletes from one team to another team
Choose this function and MM will change every athlete the team you select to another team you select.
Set every team to a Selected Region
Choose this function and MM will change every team you select to a Region you select.
Set every team to a Selected Association
Choose this function and MM will change every team you select to an Association you select. This is only possible for meets that are set to Division by Event and use division birth date ranges and where the meet class is USATF.
Change Field Event Results Metric or English Setting
Choose this function and MM will convert the units for all field event results between Metric or English units.
