From the Main Menu Bar, click on Reports / Generic Reports. You have the option to create any of the following generic forms.
The choices for Vertical and Horizontal Jumps and Throws creates a report directly. In Vertical Events Portrait, there will be 7 columns for heights, but in Vertical Events Landscape, there will be 12 columns for heights.
If you select Entry Form, you get the screen below and you have the option to include the event list at the top of the form if you have entered the events into the database.
If you select Finish Line Sheet, you have the options shown below.
