There are numerous button timers on the market that can be used for Track meets or Cross Country meets, or Road Races. Not all of the timers can handle both track and cross country.  HY-TEK's Button Finish INTERFACE software is designed to support the following timing systems for Track meets and for Cross Country and Road Races:

If you have the Button Finish INTERFACE you can use bar code readers to read in bar codes in the order of finish for Cross Country and Road Races.
