Masters Record File Format

As described in the Events Menu, you may choose to Import Records in the Masters format as described below.  Please note that MEET MANAGER REQUIRES that the Masters World and National records exactly meet the record layout as described below.

Masters Records File Layout:

The File extension must be one of the following:

 LCM for Long Course Meters

 SCM for Short Course Meters

 SCY for Yards

The file name must be one of the following for World and National record formats:

 IWRL for Individual World records

 RWRL for Relay World records

 INAT for Individual National records

 RNAT for Relay National records

Examples of legitimate masters Records File names are:

 IWRL.LCM          RWRL.LCM

 INAT.LCM           RNAT.SCY

If you create your own record formats, you may use file names up to 12 characters plus the file extension. These files must start with I for individual records and with R for relay records. The format for the Individual records must be the same as for the National formats below. Only a file with the name of IWRL or RWRL will use the World Record formats below.

The record file data itself must conform to the following comma delimited record format example and the records must be provided in ascending age order, first women, then choose men.
