Procedure to Download and Install Updates

•Start TFTM 4.2 and click on Check for Updates at the top of the main screen.        

•Or, if a Firewall is preventing the Check for Updates process from completing, go to the Download Center and download and SAVE the TEAM MANAGER 4.2 Update file to your hard drive (to c:\hy-sport for example). Then start TFTM 4.2 and click on File / Install Update and follow the prompts.

Urgent Critical Security Update Required:

A critical security update to your HY-TEK application is required. To better secure our customers' data, we have updated our software to meet the latest Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards. Please accept the live update to install this critical security update.

•Date filters in reports only allowed selection of dates before the end of 2024. This issue has been fixed in this release.

•In the Custom Athlete Report Layout, including the Team field incorrectly displayed the athlete's age. This issue has been fixed in this release.

•In the Athlete Roster report, the Athlete ID header was missing and athlete IDs were truncated. This issue has been fixed in this release.

•Running Team Manager configured to use Spanish resulted in a Run Time Error 340: Control array element '9' doesn't exist error. This issue has been fixed in this release.

•In the Report > Meet Results > Save/Memorize popup, an explanation text "Only the report settings will be memorized but not the selected events." has been added.

•Previously, opening the TFTM 4.2 application displayed an incorrect version number (3.0) in the popup. This issue has been fixed in this release.

•The URL hy-tekltd.com has been changed to hytek.active.com, and email addresses sales@hy-tekltd.com and support@hy-tekltd.com have also been changed to HyTekSales@active.com and HyTekSupport@active.com respectively.

•Previously, when installing the application, if an Error 1904, Module C:/Windows/msvcirt.dll failed to register appeared, then further errors would appear when using the application. This issue has been fixed in this release.

•Hytek product information is now hosted on the new hytek.active.com website. Hytek products now download product updates from a new SFTP site for enhanced security.

•Previously, in Reports > Performance Reports > Top Marks, when the Meet kind was set to Cross Country and sorting set to Name or Event, no results were displayed in the report. This issue has been fixed in this release.

•The Meet Entries report now shows the total number of entries for each event.

•Previously, in Reports > Meet Reports > Entries, some relays-only reports were blank. This issue has been fixed in this release.

•Previously, in the Top Marks report, with venue set to Indoor, 200 times for some athletes would fail to be displayed. This issue has been fixed in this release.

•Previously, when exporting entries in File > Export > Export Entries, an "Unknown Error" message was displayed. This issue has been fixed in this release.

•In the Help menu, Help Center has been renamed to Online Help Center and moved to the top of the menu.

•Previously, the Athletes > Add > Team Joined field would not accept the current date and would default to 1899. This issue has been fixed in this release.
