Records Report

Records can be entered by keyboard or can be imported - click on Setup and Use Records to see how to do either.

In order to print a report of records that you have entered, click on Events from the Main Menu Bar and then click on the Records icon. MM will then proceed to load up the Records browser with the records that you have previously keyed or imported.

You have the option to filter the Records Report as follows:

·	Filter by Event Gender - Male/Female/Both

·	Filter by Age Range - For example, print the records for the 11-12 year olds.

·	Print the Records for ALL tags or highlight a specific record name. For example, you may have set up records for the Meet, Regional, and State but only want to print the Sate records.

You also have the option to Sort the report by Event Number or by Age Group and then Event and Distance within that Age Group. Click on the Create Report button to begin formatting and printing the report.
