If you have already seeded the meet and printed the Meet Program, you do not want to make the late entries and then reseed as then the Meet Program will NOT be correct for those events that have new entries. If you have NOT printed the Meet Program then you can proceed normally to enter the new Athletes and their declared events and then reseed the meet before printing the Meet Program.
