Declare an Exhibition Result (Individual or Relay)

When you declare a result as "Exhibition" or "Unofficial", you are saying that the Athlete or Relay is competing for time and is not eligible for Points or Awards.

There are 4 ways to declare a result as Exhibition:

1.

From the Athlete Screen

Click on Athletes then the Add Athlete or Edit Athlete button. Click on the Status pull down arrow and click on Exhibition to declare that Athlete as Exhibition for All his/her events.

2.

From the Athlete or Relay Entry Screens

When you choose this method, you will declare Exhibition status for ALL Rounds.

Athletes

Click on Athletes then pick the Athlete that you wish to score as Exhibition. Now click on the EXH box under the Entries column in the appropriate row for the event.

Relays

Click on Relays then pick the Relay Event then the Relay Team Entry that you wish to score as Exhibition. Now click on the EXH box under the Entries column in the appropriate row.

3.

From the Run Screen

Click on the EXH box next to the Athlete or Relay that you wish to score as Exhibition for this Event and round.

4.

From the Add/Edit Team Screen

Click on the Team Status button and select Exhibition and MM will set up every entry for the Athletes on this Team as Exhibition.
