Fudge Factor

A number (value) that you may enter when you set up Meet Entries by Event to determine whether an athlete meets the meet qualification time with this "Fudge Factor" subtracted from the Athlete's best Time.  For example, you may want to enter all athletes in an event that are ".05" away from the event qualification time.  A "%" will be added as a suffix to the Entry Time if the athlete qualifies using the "Fudge Factor".
